We are looking for a Retail Commercial Manager who turns every opportunity into a story of sustained growth. Description: Lead the commercial strategy and business development of the Supermarkets and Pharmacies categories, ensuring the achievement of growth, profitability, and market share objectives. Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with the main strategic accounts, becoming a key partner for the business. Define and implement commercial and growth plans aligned with the company's strategy. Lead, accompany, and develop the commercial team, promoting a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Prioritize business opportunities, identify risks, and define action plans to maximize results. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with the Revenue, Growth, Operations, Hunting, Partnerships, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure efficient execution. Monitor key business indicators, analyzing the impact of the actions implemented and generating data-based recommendations. Identify new expansion opportunities, market trends, and best practices to drive the vertical's evolution. Represent the area in strategic initiatives, facilitating alignment between commercial objectives and those of the organization.
