The challenge
At Rappi, commercial is not just about managing accounts: it's about building relationships that grow our partners and us at the same time. We are looking for a Top Deal Hunter who makes every opportunity a story of sustained growth.
Your challenges
Map and prospect in the field (street hunting) the best restaurants and brands in the city.
Execute one-on-one in-person negotiations with decision-makers (owners, chefs, general managers).
Analyze local competition and market behavior to identify opportunities for account capture.
Structure and present personalized commercial proposals calculating their operational and financial impact.
Record the progress of each account in the CRM and report pipeline status using Google Sheets / Power BI.
Ensure effective activation and smooth transition of closed brands to the operational phase.
You will be a great fit
Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in B2B sales, business development, brand hunting, or key account management (KAM), preferably in technology, mass consumption, delivery, or retail industries.
Academic Background: Degree completed in Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Field-First Profile: 100% focus on field work, in-person prospecting, and high local mobility.
Advanced Commercial Skills: Proven ability to close brands, persuasive negotiation techniques, and excellent presentation skills.

What you need to master
B2B Prospecting and Sales in Field (Street Hunting): Market mapping, cold approach (in-person pitch), and closing commercial agreements with key accounts in the gastronomy sector.
Management of Spreadsheets and Analytical Tools: Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for metric tracking, pipeline reporting, and operational analysis. Use of visualization tools like Power BI.
CRM Handling: Recording, updating, and controlling the sales funnel on platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, or similar.
Operational and Financial Understanding (P&L): Understanding of Profit and Loss (P&L) in the restaurant/retail sector to structure feasible and profitable proposals.
