The challenge
Rappi is growing fast and needs exceptional talent. We are looking for a Courier Operations Agent who transforms complex challenges into impact opportunities for millions of users in LatAm.
Your challenges
1. Logistics and E-commerce Management
Inventory Control: Supervise stock and distribution of official clothing, ensuring the fleet has the necessary tools for operation.
E-commerce Incident Management: Act as an escalation point to resolve issues with the sales platform, coordinating solutions with both the internal technology team and last-mile providers.
Supplier Negotiation: Manage commercial agreements with suppliers of clothing, courier services, and issuers of tax documents (receipts) to optimize costs and delivery times.
2. Field Intelligence and On-site Operations
Talent Acquisition: Implement recruitment and acquisition strategies for new couriers directly in the field to ensure fleet growth.
Environmental Analysis: Identify external problems (public roads, risk zones) and conflicts at points of sale (stores/partners) that impact operations, transforming this information into mitigation plans.
Advocacy and Support: Provide comprehensive support to the fleet through in-person and virtual channels, ensuring efficient resolution of their doubts and conflicts.
3. Financial Auditing and Contractual Compliance
Account Cleanup: Analyze couriers' debt cases and audit their account statements to ensure transparent and correct financial management.
Document Management: Administer the contracting process of the new fleet, ensuring sending and receiving service contracts under legal standards.
Payment Administration: Generate purchase orders and manage issuing service receipts to third parties timely.
4. Safety and Risk Prevention
Fraud Detection: Implement monitoring systems to identify patterns of massive or individual fraud within the fleet, protecting the platform's income and reputation.
You will be a great fit
Experience: 0-2 years in similar roles
Education: University degree completed; postgraduate desirable
Previous experience in tech startups, e-commerce or marketplaces (desirable)
Strategic Negotiation: Ability to deal with suppliers and reach beneficial agreements.
Critical Analysis: Skill to convert complex "street" problems into structured operational solutions.
Conflict Resolution: Calmness and empathy for direct fleet attention in dynamic environments.
360° Vision: Ability to manage financial, logistical, and field processes simultaneously.
