At Rappi we are building the new generation of leaders who will drive the growth of Restaurants in Mexico. Rappi Next Gen is a program designed to attract exceptional commercial talent with an entrepreneurial mindset, obsession with impact, and analytical ability to transform data into decisions.
The challenge
You will be responsible for developing and growing a strategic portfolio of restaurants, becoming a key partner for our allies. Your focus will be to generate sustainable growth, identify opportunities based on insights, and execute commercial plans that elevate the performance of your accounts.
90% of your time will be focused on growing the Restaurants line in Mexico, with autonomy, ownership, and a builder mindset.
Your challenges
Develop and scale strategic relationships with top restaurants, building long-term partnerships.
Diagnose performance (sales, conversion, retention, campaigns, catalog, operation) and turn findings into actionable plans.
Experience in marketplaces, e-commerce, delivery, SaaS, fintech or FMCG (trade/route-to-market).
Have undertaken entrepreneurship (startup, side project, own business) or led initiatives from scratch.
Experience with analysis tools (advanced Sheets/Excel, basic SQL, BI).

What you need to master
Previous experience in commercial roles / partnerships / account management / B2B growth (ideally with client portfolios).
Proven ability to negotiate, influence, and build relationships with demanding stakeholders.
Analytical profile: you can read data, detect patterns, and translate them into actionable opportunities.
Entrepreneurial energy: ownership, initiative, ambition, resilience, resourcefulness, and comfort with ambiguity.
Excellent communication skills and structured thinking.
