IMSS Analyst – (IMSS Manager / IDSE / SUA)
The challenge
Rappi is growing fast and needs exceptional talent. We are looking for an Administrative Analyst who manages, executes, and monitors the affiliate movements of the company's workers before the IMSS through the IDSE system, ensuring the correct and timely submission of registrations, removals, salary modifications, and incidences.
Your challenges
Modifications, cancellations, removals, and re-entries
Validation of movement receipts registered in IDSE
Manage incidences
Reconcile the list of affiliate movements
Validate the timely generation and payment of employer-employee contributions
Follow up on requirements and rulings issued by the IMSS
Identify and correct inconsistencies
Safeguard receipts and documentary evidence
You will be a great fit
Experience: 1-2 years in similar roles
Education: Bachelor's degree completed in Public Accounting, Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field
Experience in areas related to IMSS, with direct handling of the IDSE portal
Tech profile
What you need to master
Operational handling of the IDSE platform (registrations, removals, salary modifications, affiliate notices, data changes).
Sistema Único de Autodeterminación (SUA) for the calculation and presentation of employer-employee contributions.
Base Salary for Contribution (SBC), salary integration, and limits according to UMA.
Intermediate–advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) for reconciliations and reports.
Desirable: familiarity with SIPARE and procedures before INFONAVIT related to affiliation.
