The challenge
Rappi is growing fast and needs exceptional talent. We’re looking for a Turbo Supply Chain Analyst to transform complex challenges into impactful opportunities for millions of users in LatAm. You’ll be responsible for all transfers between CEDIS and Darkstore, reconciling discrepancies, and creating value throughout the two-way logistics process.
Your challenges
Execute assigned tasks with increasing quality
Learn team processes and tools
Collaborate with team members to deliver results
Document processes and learnings
Participate in team meetings and rituals
DAILY
Generate and record transfer orders within the lead time to avoid missing the delivery date
Control tower: track each unloading closeout and ensure store issues are reported and managed
Follow up on delivery rejections and ensure the store’s records match the operator’s records
Review OTIF by store and order, open in-transit shipments > 48 h, and store stockouts when inventory is available at the CEDI.
Adjust the transfer frequency for each store
Review DOI, safety stock, and reorder point parameters, and update the store matrix.
You will be a great fit
Experience: 1–2+ years in similar roles
Education: University degree
Previous experience at tech startups, in e-commerce, or marketplaces (preferred)
Experience in agile squads and remote-first environments (preferred)

What you need to master
Experience: 2+ years in supply, inventory planning, purchasing, or distribution in retail or grocery
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets
Intermediate SQL: extract sales, inventory, and orders by store to prioritize transfers
Replenishment model: safety stock, DOI, reorder point, and demand forecast
Metrics: availability %, stockouts, OTIF, fill rate, shrinkage %, and days of inventory by store
SAP MM: stock transfer orders (STO), movements, and transit closeout
Python preferred
Generative AI to prioritize issues, draft claims, and automate follow-up
