The challenge
Rappi is growing rapidly and needs exceptional talent. We are looking for a Turbo Supply Chain Coordinator (CEDI Coordinator) who can transform complex challenges into impactful opportunities for millions of users in LatAm. You will be responsible for managing one of Rappi Turbo's CEDIs

Monitor losses and reconcile them with the 3PL
You will be a great fit
Experience: 2β4 years in similar roles
Education: Completed university degree
Previous experience at tech startups, e-commerce companies, or marketplaces (preferred)
Experience managing 3PL operators under contracts, SLAs, and penalties
Tech profile
What you need to master
Experience: 4+ years at a CEDI or high-volume distribution center (grocery, retail, or e-commerce), with at least 2 years managing a 3PL operator under a contract, SLA, and penalty clauses
CEDI processes: receiving and sampling, storage, FEFO, cycle counts and W2W, handling of non-compliant goods, dispatch, and dock-to-stock
Metrics you must be proficient in: OTIF, fill rate, IRA and inventory accuracy, shrinkage %, DOI, occupancy, and productivity per hour
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
Basic SQL: read and adjust queries to retrieve your own data (Redash, Snowflake, or similar)
SAP MM/WM and the operatorβs WMS at user level: stock, order, and movement queries
Generative AI (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Copilot) for preparing meeting minutes, WBR reports, and root cause analyses, always validating the data
Cold chain and food GMP, temperature record management, and INVIMA: preferred at hiring.
Lean, 5S, and SG-SST applied to warehousing
