The challenge
Ensure the efficient supply of the category through the proper management of Purchase Orders, supplier follow-up, performance analysis, and execution of continuous improvement plans that guarantee availability, compliance, and service.
Your challenges
Place Purchase Orders (PO) with suppliers
Follow up punctually on deliveries and committed dates
Monitor fill rate, OTIF, lead times, deviations
Perform category performance analysis
Have business sessions with suppliers to improve service level
Detect risks, propose improvements and ensure product availability
You will be a great fit
1–3 years of experience in supply chain, operational purchasing, or planning.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Business or related field.
Experience working with suppliers.
Analytical ability and results orientation.
Tech profile
What you need to master
Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP,)
Dashboards in Power BI
Interpretation of supply chain KPIs
Data analysis
Reporting tools
