The challenge
Rappi is growing fast and needs exceptional talent. We are looking for a Finance Tax Senior Analyst who enjoys technology, constant learning, and thinking outside the box. Their duties include ensuring timely tax compliance for the company by optimizing resources and using AI, proactively working on different company projects, identifying tax impact, as well as anticipating any regulatory changes that affect the business.
Your challenges
Monthly and annual determination of current and deferred ISR
Monthly determination of VAT
Reconciliations such as CFDIs vs accounting, tax accounts, etc.
Submission of electronic accounting
Determination of tax attributes: CUCA, CUFIN, etc.
Preparation of ISSIF and support in preparing tax opinions
Review of intercompany operations, review of Transfer Pricing Study, informative declarations, etc.
Response to requests from tax authorities
Handling internal and external audits
Implement automation processes
Actively participate in new business projects, collaborating with stakeholders to solve challenges
Updating tax rules to evaluate possible business impact and plan tax strategies
Document processes and best practices

Experience: 2-4 years in similar roles
Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting
English: intermediate
Previous experience in Big Four, tech startups, e-commerce or marketplaces, retail (desirable)

Advanced Excel/Sheets
Experience managing the SAT portal
Experience with ERPs such as: SAP, Netsuite
Desirable experience with AI tools
