Redesign area processes with an AI First mindset, prioritizing scalability of processes and agility in a dynamic environment Manage salary increases, structural movements, and decisions that impact the compensation of Rappi collaborators. Coordinate with other business areas together with HRBP on Workforce planning, performance, Compensation & Benefits topics Manage and administer the process of defining objectives and performance management of the company to ensure achievement of strategic goals Collaborate in the strategic and operational planning of the company workforce planning.
