The challenge
At Rappi we don't just write code, we build the infrastructure that supports millions of daily transactions in 9 countries across LatAm. We're looking for an AI Engineer who wants to solve real scale problems.
Your challenges
Design and implement agents and flows with LLMs that solve specific business problems
Execute complex processes and analyses
Generate insights and data-driven recommendations
Collaborate with stakeholders to solve challenges and deliver solutions together
Document processes and best practices
You will be a great fit
Experience: 2-4 years in similar roles
Education: Complete university degree; postgraduate desirable
Previous experience in tech startups, e-commerce or marketplaces (desirable)
Experience in agile squads and remote-first environments (desirable)
Excellent stakeholder relationship, communication and documentation skills.
