Are you ready to build the future of Latin America? 🚀
At Rappi, we build the SuperApp that changes the lives of millions of people every day. We are a team driven by speed, execution, and real results.
This is where things happen. If you are excited by solving real-scale problems, learning at record speed, and seeing the impact of your ideas in a matter of days, this is your place.
Rappi Pro, Analyst (Direct Report to Head of Pro). Remote, LatAm
The challenge
Rappi Pro is one of the largest drivers of Rappi's volume and the program most directly tied to our long-term gross profit. Small movements in our core Key Results translate into material P&L impact across the company. That is the kind of business we are handing to a 0-4 year experience analyst.
We are hiring early-career on purpose. We want someone with no scar tissue, no "this is how it was done at my old company," and native fluency in AI. You will report directly to the Head of Pro. No buffer, no translation layer, no analyst-pool politics.
This is not a support role. You will own a slice of the Pro business and you will be measured on outcomes, not outputs.
What you'll own
You will personally own one or more pieces of Pro's P&L -a Key Result (e.g. plan upgrades), a country cut, or a strategic workstream. Your job is not to "support analysis." Your job is to run your slice like a mini-GM:
You know your numbers cold. If the COO asks at 9pm, you answer in less than 30 seconds.
You diagnose what is working and what is not. You bring proposals, not problems.
You drive the cross-functional execution -CRM, Product, Country GMs, Finance- to move your number. None of them report to us. You make it happen anyway.
You write the memos, prepare the reviews, and own the readouts when your slice is up.
You build the AI workflows that let you operate at the output of a three-person analytics team.
Your challenges
How you'll work: AI is the operating system, not a tool
You are already AI-native. If you are reading this and you do not use Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor multiple hours every working day, close the tab.
SQL is your audit layer, not your craft. You read it, you validate it, you do not type it line by line.
You scaffold cohort analyses, experiment readouts, country diagnostics, and exec memos with AI. You ship in hours what a traditional analyst ships in days.
You build reusable agents for everything that recurs: weekly business reviews, anomaly detection, churn cohort scans, country deep-dives.
You catch when AI is wrong: hallucinated numbers, fabricated joins, confident-but-broken logic. This is the single most important skill in the role.
If you have a GitHub, a Notion, or a notebook full of personal AI workflows, send it with your application.
What success looks like
30 days: You know the Pro data model cold. Your AI stack is built. You have shipped your first readout that changed a decision.
90 days: You own a piece of Pro's P&L outright. CRM, Product, and Country GMs treat you as the DRI for your number, not as analytics support.
6 months: You have moved your number. You have built at least one AI workflow the rest of the Pro team adopted. The Head of Pro trusts your judgment without re-checking.
12 months: You are operating at the level of someone with 5+ years of experience.
You will be a great fit
Don't apply if
You want structure and a weekly ticket queue. This role is ambiguous by design.
You see AI as a threat to your craft. You will be miserable here.
You want to "learn analytics" before you take ownership. We hire for ownership from day one.
You need a manager who reviews your work line by line.
Tech profile
What you need to master
Must-haves
0-4 years of work experience. Recent grads are strongly encouraged.
AI fluency that shows. You use Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor multiple hours every day. You can describe specific workflows you have built. Generic "I have used ChatGPT" does not count.
Statistical and analytical rigor. Power calcs, significance, causation vs correlation. Non-negotiable.
Business instinct. You read a P&L line and tell us what it means, not what it says.
Communication that lands at the C-level. You compress 40 hours of work into a 5-bullet memo a COO reads in 90 seconds.
Working English. LatAm time zone.
What makes you different
Nice-to-haves
SQL: intermediate is enough.
Python/R for the edge cases.
Spanish.
Side projects, hackathons, or startup experience where you owned something end-to-end.
Exposure to subscription, marketplace, or growth economics.
We believe our talent deserves the best tools to make an impact with purpose.
