Performance & Rewards Partner
The challenge
Rappi is growing fast and needs exceptional talent. We are looking for a Performance & Rewards Partner to join the Performance & Productivity team to redesign how we measure, manage, and reward performance in Latam.
Your challenges
Redesign area processes with an AI First mindset, prioritizing scalability of processes and agility in a dynamic environment
Manage salary increases, structural movements, and decisions that impact the compensation of Rappi collaborators.
Coordinate with other business areas together with HRBP on Workforce planning, performance, Compensation & Benefits topics
Manage and administer the process of defining objectives and performance management of the company to ensure achievement of strategic goals
Collaborate in the strategic and operational planning of the company workforce planning.
You will be a great fit
Experience: 4+ years in similar roles
Education: University degree completed; postgraduate desirable
Experience managing Compensation & benefits topics in dynamic and agile environments
Experience managing the performance and objectives system
English: Intermediate-advanced
Previous experience in tech startups, e-commerce or marketplaces (desirable)
Experience in agile squads and remote-first environments (desirable)
