Your challenges
Lead the team and manage strategic projects
Define priorities and ensure execution of initiatives
Coordinate with other areas to solve challenges
Develop and mentor team members
Report progress and results to leadership
You will be a great fit
Experience: 5+ years in similar roles
Education: University degree completed; postgraduate desirable
English: Intermediate-advanced
Previous experience in tech startups, e-commerce, or marketplaces (desirable)
Experience in agile squads and remote-first environments (desirable)
