Functional QA I
The challenge
The Functional QA I is responsible for executing functional tests within their squad. They integrate as an active member of the development team, participating in its ceremonies, channels, and quality decisions, and directly contribute to ensuring that the delivered products meet the defined acceptance criteria.
This profile has a growth path oriented towards automation and the use of AI: it is expected that
they progressively incorporate the execution of automated regressions and adopt AI tools as allies of their productivity and professional development.

Experience: 0-2 years in Functional QA
Education: University degree completed
English: Basic-intermediate
Previous experience in tech startups, e-commerce or marketplaces (desirable)
Experience in agile squads and remote-first environments (desirable)

What you need to master
Jira / Confluence / Zephyr Scale
QAflow (internal platform)
AI for TC generation and analysis (Claude)
Mobile Android (+ iOS desirable) Intermediate Depending on the assigned testing area.
Agile (Scrum / Kanban)
HTML / Web testing (use of DevTools for basic validation)
SQL / Redash (basic queries for test data validation)
Postman (basic validation of API responses during functional tests)
Charles Proxy / Proxyman (basic reading of network traffic for fault diagnosis)
Current automation framework of the area (Beyond Automation / Katalon / Revil / Maestro — regression execution)
Amplitude (basic reading of metrics to contextualize defects)
Feature Flags / Split (identify if a feature is active in the testing environment)
