Rappi is growing quickly and needs exceptional talent. We are looking for an Inventory Analyst who can transform complex challenges into impactful opportunities for millions of users in LatAm. You will be responsible for inventory control at our CEDIS facilities.

Carry out assigned tasks with increasing quality
Learn the team’s processes and tools
Collaborate with team members to deliver results
Document processes and learnings
Participate in team meetings and rituals
Download the balances and reconcile the discrepancies
Review the adjustments and results of the cycle counts they report
Compare purchase orders against receipts
Calculate reliability by CEDI

You will be a great fit
Experience: 1–2+ years in similar roles
Education: Completed university degree
Previous experience at tech startups, in e-commerce, or marketplaces (preferred)
Experience working in agile squads and remote-first environments (preferred)
Tech profile
What you need to master
Experience: 2+ years in inventory control, supply planning, or logistics performance management in retail, grocery, or e-commerce
Intermediate-advanced SQL
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets
Python preferred
SAP MM: stock and movement reports
Inventory reconciliation and three-way match (purchase order, goods received, invoice)
Metrics: IRA, accuracy, shrinkage %, DOI, aging, availability %, OTIF, and fill rate; calculation of service credits for SLA breaches
Generative AI applied to analysis: writing and reviewing SQL queries, automating reports, and summarizing findings, with quality control over its output
Reading contracts, appendices, and penalty schemes
