The challenge
Rappi is growing fast and needs exceptional talent. We are looking for an Outbound Coordinator to oversee the shipping and replenishment operation to dark stores, ensuring that merchandise arrives on time and in the correct quantities so that millions of users never run out of products.
Your challenges
Lead the end-to-end shipping operation to darkstores during the night shift
Manage the restocking process ensuring product availability
Resolve operational incidents independently with minimal available support
Follow up on the 3PL performance during the night operation
Monitor capacity, productivity, and compliance with shipping schedules
Escalate and document critical incidents for follow-up with support areas
Drive improvements to the dispatch and restocking process
You will be a great fit
Experience: 2-4 years in similar roles
Education: Completed university degree
English: Basic-intermediate
Previous experience in tech startups, e-commerce, crossdocks, or service centers (desirable)
Experience in agile squads
Previous experience as Senior Supervisor/Coordinator in logistics operations (Outbound/Shipping/Replenishment)
Experience operating with minimal supervision or on night shifts
High problem-solving and decision-making skills
Availability to work night shifts on-site (CEDIS)
Experience leading teams and managing third parties (3PL)
Desirable: experience in e-commerce, quick-commerce, or retail with 24/7 operation
