The challenge
The challenge is to multiply the squad's throughput across two platforms using AI agents without compromising stability or maintainability.
Deliver more, in parallel. Run multiple workstreams at once (feature, tests, refactor, bugfix) with agents in separate sessions or worktrees, and integrate them without conflicts.
Android–iOS parity without duplicating effort. Build in Android and use agents to port to iOS (or to a Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) module), checking that the result is idiomatic on each platform.
Make sure AI doesn't break anything. Increase speed without increasing crashes, ANR (Application Not Responding), startup time, or technical debt: tests, rigorous review, and quality gates in Continuous Integration (CI).
Make it scalable for the team. Set up project rules (CLAUDE.md / AGENTS.md), commands, skills, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) connections (Jira, Figma, Crashlytics) that any engineer on the squad can use.

Experience: 5+ years in similar roles
Education: Completed university degree; postgraduate studies preferred
English: Upper-intermediate
Previous experience at tech startups, e-commerce companies, or marketplaces (preferred)
Experience working in agile squads and remote-first environments (preferred)
Critical review of generated code: detecting subtle errors, API hallucinations, and overengineering
Model Context Protocol (MCP): connecting agents to Jira, Figma, Crashlytics, GitHub
Automation: custom commands and skills, hooks, agents in Continuous Integration (CI)
AI for testing: generating unit, UI, and screenshot tests, and validating that they test something real
Security when using AI: don't expose secrets or user data, review suggested dependencies
Cost-benefit judgment: knowing when AI speeds things up and when it's faster to do it manually
