The challenge
Main Goal
Improve the resilience of Rappi Turbo's supply chain and decision-making by implementing a Control Tower for real-time alerts, deploying AI tools for purchasing, and developing logistic capacity models for optimization.
Job Overview
The Supply Chain Planning Analyst will be a critical force within Rappi Turbo's Global Supply area, acting as the main responsible for real-time visibility and proactive alert systems. The Analyst will be responsible for establishing the Control Tower framework in the seven operating countries, focusing on the rapid identification and resolution of deviations in service levels, process adherence, and core supply chain KPIs. A key component of this role is the design and deployment of an agentic AI that acts as an expert assistant in the supply chain, providing automated and intelligent recommendations to purchasing teams, based on deep knowledge of the systems, parameters, and the current operating status of Rappi. Finally, the role requires developing analytical models to assess the logistic capacity needed for scaling, market expansion, and adjustment of various different variables. This role involves close collaboration with local supply chain, operations, and commercial teams to ensure operational excellence and proactive decision making.
Your challenges
Design and Implementation of the Global Supply Chain Control Tower: Define the architecture, data sources, and visualization for a centralized and multi-country Control Tower focused on end-to-end supply chain health.
Develop Real-Time Smart Alerts: Configure and manage proactive alerts that automatically flag deviations in key metrics such as Service Level, risks for future availability, Inventory Health, and Process Compliance before they become significant issues.
Root Cause Analysis and Deviation Management: Lead systematic investigation of all major flagged deviations, coordinating with cross-functional teams (Supply, Operations, and Commercial) to drive immediate corrective actions and process fixes.
Agentic AI and Decision Support System: Establish Agentic AI for Purchasing: Design and lead the development of an Agentic AI specifically tailored to support and accelerate purchasing decisions. This agent must be configured as a Supply Chain Expert with comprehensive and parameterized knowledge of our existing planning tools, inventory rules, and system configurations. Ensure the agent provides actionable and intelligent recommendations, such as off-hours purchasing and other risk mitigation strategies to purchasing teams, significantly reducing manual analysis time and improving decision quality.
Advanced Planning and Performance: Logistic Capacity Scenario Modeling: Create and maintain analytical models to evaluate and optimize logistic capacity needs, including variables such as new store launch requirements, warehouse inflow and outflow volumes, and scaling of operational resources.
Process Standardization and Tool Adoption: Define and enforce standardized supply chain processes and activities across all countries, leading training and support for local teams to ensure high execution fidelity and consistent data quality for the Control Tower.
You will be a great fit
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: Experience in operations planning, supply chain management, or a related analytical role.
Tech profile
What you need to master
Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
