Key Account Manager – Rappi Next Gen (Restaurants | Mexico)
The challenge
You will be responsible for developing and growing a strategic portfolio of restaurants,
becoming a key partner for our allies. Your focus will be to generate sustainable growth,
identify opportunities based on insights, and execute commercial plans that
raise the performance of your accounts.
90% of your time will be focused on growing the Restaurant line in Mexico, with
autonomy, ownership, and a builder mindset.
Your challenges
What you will do on a day-to-day basis
● Develop and scale strategic relationships with top restaurants, building
● Proven ability to negotiate, influence, and build relationships with demanding
stakeholders.
● Analytical profile: you can read data, detect patterns, and translate them into actionable
opportunities.
● Entrepreneurial energy: ownership, initiative, ambition, resilience, resourcefulness, and
comfort with ambiguity.
● Excellent communication skills and structured thinking.
● High-performance mindset: you enjoy challenges, aggressive targets, and direct
impact.
Nice-to-haves
● Experience in marketplaces, e-commerce, delivery, SaaS, fintech, or FMCG
(trade/route-to-market).
● Having started a business (startup, side project, own business) or led initiatives from scratch.
● Experience with analysis tools (Sheets/Advanced Excel, Basic SQL, BI).
