The challenge
Rappi is growing fast and needs exceptional talent. We’re looking for an Administrative Analyst to transform complex challenges into impactful opportunities for millions of users in LatAm. You’ll be responsible for consolidating billing for the logistics process at our CEDIS.
Your challenges
Execute assigned tasks with increasing quality
Learn the team's processes and tools
Collaborate with team members to deliver results
Document processes and learnings
Participate in team meetings and rituals
Follows up on pending reimbursements for losses and claims handled by the operator.
Reviews the cumulative billable volume per service against the agreed rates.
Approves or rejects requested additional services
Audits the invoice against rates and actual volume before the objection deadline expires
You will be a great fit
Experience: 1–3+ years in similar roles
Education: University degree
Previous experience in tech startups, e-commerce, or marketplaces (preferred)
Experience in agile squads and remote-first environments (preferred)
Tech profile
What you need to master
Experience: 3+ years in logistics, cost control, or contract administration with logistics operators
Knowledge of logistics processes (Inbound and Outbound)
SAP preferred
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets
Basic-intermediate SQL preferred
Ability to read contracts, rate appendices, and penalty schemes (service credits, surcharges, adjustments)
Generative AI for reviewing invoices against rates and documenting objections, with human validation
