The challenge
Rappi is growing fast and needs exceptional talent. We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead end-to-end receiving processes in our CEDIS, ensuring that all inventory is available for sale as soon as possible.
Your challenges
Govern the end-to-end Inbound process
Ensure inventory availability for sale
Manage and follow up on the performance of the 3PL (Traxión)
Guarantee SAP vs WMS reconciliation
Lead the resolution of receipt incidents
Monitor the capacity and productivity of the Inbound process
Drive improvement initiatives for the receiving process
You will be a great fit
Experience: 1-3 years in similar roles
Education: Completed university degree
English: Basic-intermediate
Previous experience in tech startups, e-commerce, or similar (desirable)
Experience in agile squads
Availability for onsite work
Experience leading teams or managing third parties

Spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) | Intermediate
BI and Data Visualization (Power BI, Looker)
Project Management
Data Analysis
Workflow Automation.
Management of logistics operations / Supply Chain (Inbound, goods receipt)
Handling of warehouse management systems (WMS)
Inventory reconciliation between systems
Analysis of capacity and productivity KPIs
Management and monitoring of contracts/SLAs with logistics service providers (3PL)
Knowledge of receiving processes, receipt quality control, and incident management
